At
Earl's Marina, we offer 115 slips and 70 moorings for boats up to 50
feet in length and complete winter storage. We have emergency boat hauling
and towing traveling throughout New England for our customers' convenience.

Crane Use Launch or Haul – All boats up to 40’ - $3.50/ft. $75.00 min.
Step or De-Step mast – with customer’s help - $3.00/ft.
Fork-Lift service - $6.00/ft. (Includes yard move)
Steam clean bottom - $3.50/ft.

Emergency Dinghy Pump Out - $12.00
Pennant Installation - $15.00 , Pennant Retrieval with wash and Store - $25.00
Mooring De-Commission / Winter Stick Installation (with provided materials) - $125.00
Boat Trailer Service Wide Load – Range 8.6’-11’ ft. Beam - $30.00.
Sailboat Mast Outrigger - $40.00.
Boat Handling Charge – Minimum $35.00. $75.00/hr
Other boat services: Time and Materials. Labor rate is $75.00/hr.
Boats measured by Earl’s and assigned to slips with proper spacing. (Length includes swim platform and gill bracket).
One vehicle per boat on weekends during summer season (May 1st – Oct. 15th).
Dock slip and mooring assignments will be on a yearly basis.
Restrooms, showers, and laundry facilities are provided as a courtesy to our customers.
A non-refundable minimum deposit is required by Oct. 30th for the next season. (25% for slips and $400.00 flat - rate for moorings). If unpaid, the slip or mooring is subject to be sold.
Balance due in full by March 15th.
Winter storage season (Oct 15th – May 30th). All boats must be off land storage by May 30th. If a vessel is not removed by June 10th a 20.00 per day land storage fee will be applied. Vessels remaining in the yard after July 1st are subject to a $50.00 per day land storage fee.
